It is a new apartment situate in the heart of Venice, around 15 minutes by walk to the famous St. Marks Square.Is it on 2° floor of an old venetian building and it is compose by: kitchen and living-room, bedroom with matrimonial bed and bedroom with 2 single beds, and bathroom with shower.
This apartment is close by the magificent Frari Church, S. Rocco School and Church, and from the windows of the apartment you have a beatuful view of the S. Rocco school.
Included in the price there are sheets, towels, final cleaning, taxes (water, gas, light) , dishes and all for cook and it offer expecially relax in a quiet place, where you have a fantastic viewat S. Rocco School, where you'll find all you want: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.

Como chegar
It's easy to reach the apartment:
from Piazzale Roma (bus and car terminal), train station of airport (you'll reach Venice by bus) you'll take the waterbus n° 1 or 82 to S. Tomà and there you'll meet a person of our staff to go to the apartment.
We ask you to inform us 2 days before the arrival at what time you'll arrive in Venice to meet a person of our staff and go to the apartment.

REGRAS de CANCELAMENTO
The cancelaltion policy is: till 10 days before the arrival no payment; from 10 to 7 days befroe the arrival payment of 30% of total; from 6 to 4 days before the arrival payment of 50% of total, from 3° to the days of arrival payment of 100% of total.
No-show payment of total.
