Description
"Le Due Stanze" is a small but comfortable lodging house consisting in two large and bright double rooms. These are furnished with two single beds (that can be joined to form a double bed), a kitchenette and a common bathroom with shower. We can give only also a double room with deprived bath. Upon their arrival, guests will be given their rooms' keys: this means that they can have access to their rooms at any time. We also have a private, enclosed parking lot.
The rooms are furnished with a TV set and a refrigerator. Upon request, guests will be provided with the ingredients to fix an Italian-style breakfast.
The kitchenettes are supplied with hot plates, besides all sorts of kitchenware.
Use of the washing machine is not included in the price list, and must be requested to the management.
Our lodging house is well suited for both short and prolonged stays. We hope you'll enjoy it !

By car: take highway exit Firenze Sud, then follow for city centre and Campo di Marte.
By train:
-from Campo di Marte train station, we are at 15 minutes walk
-from S. Maria Novella train station, take bus to San Marco Square, then from San Marco square take bus n.6 to Alberti Square.

REGRAS de CANCELAMENTO
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
