Description
Welcome to Beijing Swan Inn, family-run B&B, your cozy home in Beijing. It was built in 2007. Located in North West of Hai Dian District. Surrounded by Beijing Herbal botanic park in the east (300 meters), Baiwangshan Forest park in the north (500 meters), and Jingmi Channel, the main water supply of Beijing (400 meters to the west).
This is a spacious four bedroom condo, fully furnished, with spacious kitchen, dinning room, and two bathrooms. All bedrooms with the view of Baiwangshan Mountain. All guest rooms with sofa, desk, colour TV, air conditioning, 24x7 hot shower, broadband internet access, wardrobe, phone lines.
Room A&B: Extra Bed available upon request ( the rate for each additional person is 10 EUR) and a continental breakfast is included with room rate.
In-room Amenities: air conditioning individually controlled, coffee maker, desk, extra bed on request, fridge, hair dryer, hot tub, internet access (broadband), ironing board, microwave, private bathroom and shower, queen size beds, radio, telephone and television - satellite/cable.
On-site Amenities: translation service and washer. Innkeepers: the Inn is family-run business, I am well educated professional. I will try my best to help you, hope you will have a wonderful time in Beijing.
Swan Inn enjoys a great location. You have a choice of more than 20 bus routes to the city. If you would like to take taxi, it will take you 5 minutes to the subway station, which will take you directly to Olympic center, Forbidden city, downtown, airport etc. It will take you 5 minutes drive to Summer Palace. There are many restaurants nearby which allow you to enjoy different styles of Chinese cuisine. In addition, many banks are conveniently located within walking distance of our Inn.

You can take shuttle bus Line 5: Capital Airport ←→ Zhongguan Cun (首都机场←→中关村)
Then take taxi for 10 minutes to Run Qian Qiu Jia Yuan, Hai Dian District - Beijing, 100094.
Airport pick up service: If you provide your name, date and flight number, 19 EUR will be charged for the airport pick up service.

b)10% discount if you book for 14 nights
c)15% discount if you book for 21 nights
b) 20% discount if you book for 28 nights
e) 30% discount if you book the whole suite for the full month.
Olympic period terms & conditions:
Effective from August 1 to August 31 only.
Special restrictions:
(1)Minimum 5 nights
(2)50% of total amount should be paid as deposit.
(3)Cancellation: No refund to be made for cancellation.
