The 20 Deluxe rooms are available with 24hrs hot water, private bathroom with modern bath tub) and come with fan and air-conditioner, fridge, satellite TV, telephone access, WI-FI internet access in room and lobby.
Our Hotel has a travel agency that can arrange guided or independent tours around Hanoi and into the north of Vietnam, Ha Long Bay, Sa Pa, and transport to anywhere in the south. We can also arrange visas to Laos, Cambodia, and can extend your Vietnamese visa, if you require. We book trains/air tickets, buses to Laos and a multi-stop open bus from Ha Noi to Hue / Hoi An / Nha Trang/ Da Lat or Mui Ne / Sai Gon, plus Russian Jeep, motorbike, and bicycle rental.
You will be provided with an enormous breakfast to start the new day. After visiting the 36 Old Quarter Streets, you may feel tired. We will provide a cup of tea, coffee or juice. We also offer a free a room for guests who are waiting for their next trip/tour in Vietnam, but need a place to freshen up and/or store luggage. If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
