It is a residence placed in Olivos (Buenos Aires) in a residential neighbourhood characterized for its quietness, where you can enjoy the sun and the nature. It is near the Presidential Residence, The Rio de La Plata and St. Andrew's, Lincoln, Cultural Italian Center, Northlands Schools. And a few minutes from the Goethe Institute and the Franco-Argentino Lyceum.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
