The Studio apartment can guest 3 people as it offers:

> a luxury fully equipped kitchen including: oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee percolator, making facilities and all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery and basic groceries like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil etc.
In the living room there's a table, a dining area with 21” TV set, CATV and a double sleeping leather couch + single couch.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
