Description
This 55 sqm new modern apartment, located in the best central location of west Berlin (Schöneberg quarter) offers the comfort and the warm atmosphere one can expect from a few days off. Only a few steps from the Ka.De.We, Kurfürstendamm, Winterfeldtplatz, Nollendorfplatz and Europacenter the Apartment is located directly in the straight & gay area at Nollendorfplatz and Winterfeldtplatz (train station - U Nollendorfplatz).
Host speaks German as well as English and Russian and have refurbished the studio taking care of every single detail!
A fully equipped kitchen includes a super size no-frost refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee percolator, making facilities and all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery; and basic groceries like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil etc.
In the living room you can relax in a confy double sleeping couch and sitting couch. The studio provides you with a 21” TV set, CATV, alarm clock and a dining area.
The king-size bed will ensure confortable nights whilst towels and sheets are provided.
PLEASE NOTICE: The studio is at the 2nd floor without an elevator and sorry NO PETS may be kept. For a reservation less than 4 nights, we charge end-cleaning fees - 30 Euro.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
