Description
Being our guest, you`ll find yourself in the most interesting part of Charlottenburg, only 3 minutes walking distance from the Kurfürstendamm. The pension Al Vita is located in the heart of the city in short distance to Potsdamer Platz, the congress centre and many attractions like museums,theatres and concert halls. Our guests appreciate the special city flair around and the cosyness of our house.
Our rooms are modern and comfortable. Owing to it´s fin-de-sciecle arcitechture,the high ceilings and large windows create a bright and friendly atmosphere.All rooms include en suite bathroom, WC, hairdryer an TV.Some have a writing desk. Dispite our central location all our rooms are quit.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
