Comte Borrell apartment is located in the city centre (Example), just a 15 min walking to Placa Catalunya and Las Ramblas.Comte Borrell Apartment is a very spacious 'shared apartment' that offers 3 private rooms in a central location in Barcelona.
The apartment is nicely decorated and newly refurbished. Each private room is equiped with a double size bed, comfortable and warm duvet, towels, pillows, closet, and secure locking doors. One of the rooms has TV and there is WiFi in all of them.
There is also a living room with a large and comfortable sofa, TV and Hi-Fi stereo. And the dinning area has table and chairs.
The kitchen area that is fully equipped with, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils for preparing and storing food. There is also a washing machine.

HOW TO ARRIVE
Apt. COMTE BORRELL is located in the city centre, just a 15 min walking to Placa Catalunya and Las Ramblas.
FROM BARCELONA AIRPORT:
Take the Aerobus to Placa Catalunya and then take a taxi to the apartment. Ask to taxi driver to 'Mallorca with Comte Borrell'. So walk down and a just 1 minute find the apartment.
FROM ESTACIO DEL NORD:
Take the metro in 'Arc de Triunf' (L1-Red Line) Station adn get off in 'Urgell'. Take the exit 'GV Les Corts Catalanes' and then walk up on 'Comte Borrell' to the corner with 'Valencia'.
FROM SANTS ESTACIO:
Take the metro L5-Blue Line and get off in 'Hospital Clinic' Station, exit 'Comte Urgell' and wall down to Mallorca Street. Turn right and walk 200 mts.

CANCELLATION POLICY: any cancellations must be notified directly to the apartment manager at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival time, otherwise the total of the first nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel any individual night of your reservation, then the deposit for that night will be not be refunded or transferred.
