Ana's Guest House is located at Roselló 298, half block away from Paseo San Juan and two blocks from Avenida Diagonal. Is a big and sunny flat, with elevator. Subway station is Verdaguer, where lines 4 and 5 meet. From there, you can get to the beach in 15 minutes and to the Forum Barcelona 2004, in 20.
In just 3 minutes you could visit the famous Church of the Sagrada Familia. Later you might walk along the Diagonal towards Paseo de Gracia, an avenue with a Parisian air, with its elegant stores, bars and restaurants, antique dealers, art galleries, museums, works of Gaudi like the Stone quarry and Batlló House. Finish your walk in Plaza Catalunya, emblematic heart of the city, and stroll down Las Ramblas. This entire itinerary can be accomplished in 20 minutes.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
