Description
This cute little beach apartment is a nicely refurbished 1 bedroom apartment located in Barcelona’s most famous beach ‘La Barceloneta’. This studio has one large and comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a large closet. The bed is covered with a warm duvet. In the living area, there is a sofa/bed that folds out into a small double bed (bed linens & towels included!). A sliding door lets this area is closed and it can be used as a bedroom. Here, you can also find a TV.
The kitchen is a modern American style that opens into the living area. That is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. There are electric kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge, and so. There is also one table with chairs for four. The table is enclosed to the wall that can be folded down when not using it. The bathroom area has a sink, toilet and a shower.

Nearest Metro Station: Barceloneta (L4 – Yellow Line).
From Barcelona Airport:
Take the Aerobus to Placa Catalunya. Then take a taxi or the #17 bus direction BARCELONETA. Exit the first stop when you enter the port and see all the boats. Walk the street Sant Carles 100m to Alcanar and go left.
From Sant Train/Bus Station:
Take the L3 Green Metro to the station Drassanes. Then take a taxi or the #59 bus direction Barceloneta. Exit the first stop when you enter the port and see all the boats. Walk the street Sant Carles 100m to Alcanar and go left.
From Estacio del Nord Bus Station:
Take a taxi to the area 'Barceloneta' near the corner of Alcanar and Sant Carles, or take the metro to the 'Barceloneta' station. Then walk into the port on the main street Pg. Joan de Borbó 400m go left on the street Sant Carles 100m to Alcanar and go left.

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
