Description
We offers a wide range of accommodation for couples and small groups in residential apartments and partner hostels. The rooms and short term rental apartments are all located in central Barcelona, just a 10 to 20 minutes from La Rambla and Plaza Catalunya by walking or in some cases by metro, in the old city and Eixample districts (exact locations may vary). We offer complete independence to go and enjoy the city.
On arrival you will first come to our office to sign a temporary rental contract and we will then take you to your accommodation or partner hostel either walking, by metro or taxi for your convenience. We will explain you the rules and services we provide and you will get your own set of keys. Check out is at 10 am, if you are leaving after we also offer free luggage storage at our office. If you stay in a residential property you must follow the community rules, like not molesting the neighbours, no alcohol or parties allowed.
Our private apartments and studios are located around central Barcelona in the Gothic, Raval, Barceloneta and Santa Caterina Market also around 10 to 20 min walking distance to la Rambla. The studios for 4 people have a small designer bathroom and kitchen or microvave oven, a double bed and a double sofa bed. The double ensuite rooms have a double bed and private bathroom and some do not have access to cooking facilities only a microwave oven. Some of the studios are located in very old buildings, some are newly renovated and modern while others maintain the charm of a typical old city apartment.

From Plaza Catalunya:
walk down La Rambla, turn on the second left (Portaferrisa Street) and take the first right (Roca street) a small pedestrian alley just 5 meters from La Rambla, our small reception office is located on the lower floor of # 26, a large wooden door.

REGRAS de CANCELAMENTO
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
