The building:
a building brick filed in a court, very calm, digicode, guardian.
The apartment:
the 5th floor with elevator, bright, fully renovated, very quiet (in a courtyard and triple glazing). This studio equipped with: sink, electric hotplates, sideboard, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, and crockery). Bathroom with sink, bathtub and toilet, bath towels. Also, equipped with Sofa bed, new library (with guides to Paris and our maps of the area), coffee table, desk, TV.
The area:
Ideally located in an old Parisian neighbourhood authentic but still very lively and yet far from the bustle of tourism. Many bars, restaurants, breweries, concert halls (The very fashionable golden arrow is two steps), theaters, nearby.
Interesting places to visit: le Père Lachaise, les puces de Montreuil, la Campagne à Paris, l’Eglise Notre Dame de Charonne, Ménilmontant.
Special restriction:

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
