The hotel is located in the center of Amsterdam next to Leidseplein.
When you arrive at the Leidseplein, you go to the main street (marnixstraat) there you go right and take the first on the right. You'll sea it on your right, at the corner of Leidsegracht number 111.

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
