Description
Centrally located newly renovated rooms at best price. City center: within 10 minutes, metro station, Keleti Railway station: within 3 minutes. Thermal spa, musem center and City Park are also within easy reach.
One 3+1 bedded room and one single room offer comfort and relaxation. Our rooms are spacious and bright, very clean, having friendly atmosphere, bathroom is shared.
Breakfast in addition available.
Pricing:
Min. booking for our 3+1 pers room is 2 pers.
In case of 3 or 4 persons book we apply discounted rates: 45 EUR/3 pers i.e. 55 EUR/4 pers/room/night. In New Year's special dates our rates are 50 EUR/2 pers, 65 EUR/3 pers and 75 EUR/4 pers/room/night.
For our single room New Year's special rate is 30 EUR.
In case of 1 night stay: + 2 EUR/person apply above every price.

From Airport:
take airport bus #200 to the last station and transfer to Metro 3 (blue line). Get off at Deak ter and switch to Metro 2 (red line) – direction: Ors vezer ter. Get off at Keleti ter stop (3 stops).
Or sounds reasonable to take the Budapest Minibus and it has fixed price for both Buda and Pest side destinations.
From the main railway stations Apartment Rosa is reachable directly:
From Keleti Railway station Apartment Rosa is in 3 minutes’ walk.
From Deli Railway station take Metro 2 (red line) to Keleti ter (7 stops).
From Nyugati Railway station take Metro 3 (blue line), get off at Deak ter and switch to Metro 2 (red line) – direction: Ors vezer ter. Get off at Keleti ter and walk down Bethlen Gabor u. (str.) and 3rd street is István u. (where turn left).
Also main bus lines #7, 78 cross Keleti ter to reach main points of the city.
The entrances to international highways M1 and M7 are reachable in appr. 10 minutes.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
