Description
Bed & Breakfast in Signa, a quiet and characteristic village at the doors of Florence, offering to its guests all the pleasures of the Tuscany countryside as well as the possibility to reach, in a short time, many historical and cultural places of interest; first of all, the center of Florence, just 12 km far and easy to reach even by bus and train (and, for the sport fans, by bicycle). Then, Pisa ( 80 km), Siena (100 km), Lucca (60 km) and Arezzo (120 km). The Il Colle Verde rooms, recently refurbished respecting the Tuscany style, are all equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom and TV. Besides free parking, a large garden is available to our guests, as well as the warm welcome and availability of the Nardi family!

Highway A1 (from Nord to Sud): exit FI-NORD; follow indications for Campi Bisenzio (via Pratese-SP5), then to Signa (via Barberinese-SS325); turn left after cross the crossroad to enter Signa.
Highway A11 (FI-mare): exit PRATO EST,following indications for Campi Bisenzio (via dei Confini-SP126), then to Signa (via Barberinese-SS325);turn left after cross the crossroad to enter Signa.
BUS ATAF line 35 from train station FI-SMN: the bus stop called "Indicatore" is 200 mt far from the Relais.
Airport of Florence "A.Vespucci": a 9 Km far from the Relais.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
