Each wonderful and bright mini - flat is equipped with kitchen and bathroom, the bedroom, tv, air cond., heating, balcony overlooking the sunny and extremely peaceful courtyard- garden of the charming ancient building (1812). Cleaning and Breakfast (self-service without time limit) included in the fare!
The B&B is in a safe and welcoming street of the centre of Napoli, it’s only:
- 15 mt. from the historical Foria street with the wonderful Royal Botanical Garden and Gate San Gennaro
- 50 mt. from the ancient University Federico 2°
- 300 mt from the Duomo Street (with the Cathedral, “Spaccanapoli”, Cappella San Severo, San Gregorio Armeno street, the subterranean greco-roman city, Piazza del Gesu’, the Cloister of Santa Chiara, Piazza San Domenico Maggiore….
- 700 mt from the National Museum
The seaside, P. del Plebiscito, Palazzo Reale, Castel Nuovo and Castello dell'Ovo, are just 15 minutes awayon foot or by bus or by metro.
•• Using the underground at P. Cavour (350 mt from us) you can easily reach in less than 5 minutes: the port, the Railway Station, the Circumvesuviana Station
- At the bus stop (15 mt from us), you will find all the bus lines to go round the city.
- The Airport is only 3 km from us, it’s connected with us by 4 bus lines.

Como chegar
From Foria street:
In Foria street near the Reale Orto Botanico (the royal botanical garden), there is a big petrol station (Q8), behind it there is a flight of steps, where there is the famous pizzeria "da Corrado". Take the flight of the steps, at the end you are already in via Antonio De Curtis, immediately turn to your left, after 30 metres you meet our sign b&b Toto', at 1/b, there is our intercom, at the first door on the right, you’ll find our reception.
From the underground at piazza Cavour:
The metro is just 300 metres from the b & b, on foot or by bus (n° 201 or n° 47 or n° 182) to via Foria (near the Reale Orto Botanico), or by taxi (taxi rank in piazza Cavour)
From Central Station:
Take the metro and get off at piazza Cavour, or take the 201 or 254 bus, and get off in Foria street near the entrance of the Botanical Garden, or take 148 o 14 bus and get off at Piazza Carlo 3° stop (350 mt from us), or take a taxi (taxi rank in Piazza Garibaldi).

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
