Como chegar
From Termini Station:
Go out on Via Gioliti and turn left on Via Gioberti until the Santa Maria Maggiore church, take Via Merulana until Via Statuto (on the left side of Via Merulana), so walk along the street for 100 meters so turn to the second on the right.
From Fiumicino airport to Termini Central Station :
take the bus to Anagnina metro station, take the metro and get off at Vittorio Emanuele from there take Via dello Statuto and keep on walking for 100 meters so turn to the second on the right.

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
