By Plane:
If you arrive to the Fiumicino International Airport you have to take the direct train to Termini Central Station. From Termini Central station take the Metro Line A direction Anagnina and get off at S. Giovanni Station. From there take Via La Spezia. The B&B is at 300 Meters from the Metro Stop.
By Train:

By Car:
If you arrive by car, please contact us because the directions are different according to the place you are coming from.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
