The Kenzo and Kiara Centre is located in the famous street Via delle 4 Fontane right in front of the National Gallery of Art and just steps away from Piazza Barberini, Spanish Steps and all the major monuments of Rome.
Because of its prime location the Kenzo & Kiara Center is oriented for those travellers that want to stay in the very heart of Rome in walking distance to every monument in the eternal city, not to mention that it's just a round the corner from the underground station.
We provide accommodation in comfy rooms with free bedding and maid service. The rooms are bright and spacious.
Note :
- JacuzziT and Jacuzzid Room has Jacuzzi shower bath( Towels, soap, Heating, air conditioning, hair dryer, T,V.,wirless).
-JacuzziD is not big room but there are jacuzzi bathtub and nice terrace( Towels, soap, Heating, air conditioning,hair dryer, T,V.,wirless).
-Triple and Double are without private bath in the room. The bathroom is just near out of room. It's almoust use for private bath. Because another rooms have private bath(Towels, Heating, air conditioning,hair dryer, T,V.,wirless).
- New room Suite < small apartment 4 floor>
Room accomodate 1-4 persons : 1 bed room with bath, 1 living room with own kitchen and nice view from small balcony(Towels,soap, Heating, air conditioning,hair dryer, T,V.,Kitchen facility).
-Dorm room (Heating, air conditioning, T,V.,wirless).Lock out time: 11:00.a.m. - 2:00 p.m

We managed mini market next door from guest house( house number 157), We make a check in there open from 12:00. For the guest arrival until 12 o'clock and guest for dorm room
Please ring the house number 159 Via Quattro fontane K&K center,thanks. Staff will open the door and keep the luggage.
Note : we provide airport pick-up from Euro 50,00 per car including luggages and taxes.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
