Confort B&B is a Bed and Breakfast situated in the historical center of Rome, in the Esquilino area, a few steps from every type of public transport: metropolitana, bus, taxi and train (5min. on foot from Termini).
Termini is close to the greatest historical Roman monuments :15 min. on foot from Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps), Fontana di Trevi and Via Veneto. 5 min. on foot from the Colosseo and Roman Foro. Vatican City and Castel S. Angelo can be reached by metro.
The bed and breakfast is on the first floor in a delicious palace of the year 1900. The ceilings are clean and the luminous rooms, well furnished, have bathroom inside and overlook the public square.

From the airport of Fiumicino:
every 30 minutes there is a shuttle (called Air-Terminal) connecting directly the airport with the central station Termini.
From the airport of Ciampino:
Combined solution train + bus: the service bus Cotral provides the connection from the airport to the station of Ciampino. The train leaves from the station every 15 minutes and arrives at the central station Termini.

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
