The B&B MDM Luxury Rooms has been opened on December 2006 and it is located at the second floor of an elegant building style Umberto I. It's furnished with precious tapestry and all modern facilities realizing and elegant, but at the same time comfortable and warm ambiance.
The MDM Luxury Rooms is in via degli Scipioni 71, in the heart of Prati area, very famous for commercial shops. Near the bed and breakfast you will have the possibility to reach St. Peter square and the Vatican’s museum, Navona square, Saint'Angel castle in just few minutes. The underground line A is 20mt.
The precious elegance of the environment and the ambience of its rooms, the exclusive design of the furnishings, the advanced technological solutions (24h Free Internet Point Adsl, digital plasma TV Sat and Jacuzzi Tub in every rooms), these are only some of the facilities of this new structure. The MDM LUXURY ROOMS is situated near the Vatican City and the historical centre; in the heart of Prati one of Rome's most elegant districts.
By train:
when you get to Termini station you have to take subway A towards Battistini and get off at Ottaviano-San Pietro. We are 20 metres from there, on a parallel road to viale Giulio Cesare, on the via degli Scipioni, lined with shops. At n. 71. Time: 15 minutes.
By plane at Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino airport:
you need to take the direct train to the subway station Piramide of line B and then go to the Termini stop, where you will change subway line and on line A, towards Battistini, get off at the Ottaviano-S. Pietro stop, and a few metres from the exit you will be there. Time: 45 minutes.

For cancellation or modification after the deadline the rate for one night will be charged.
In case of a cancellation without prior notice, compensation will be required, equal to fifty percent of the amount for the entire reservation.
