Description
Guest House Simpatia is situated in the zone Pietralata Tiburtina, in an university area, well-connected with the centre, only few minutes by metro that goes directly to Colosseum, in the private street with huge courtyard which permits you to spend your holidays peacefully and calmly.
Well-maintained in all details, with all services impeccable. It is easy to reach the apartment with the public transport after midnight as well.
Our structure is composed of 3 huge double rooms with private bathrooms which are furnished with all comfort including television, bed spread,(inside there is the kitchen and in front of there is a cheap supermarket.
It is the best way to enrich your stay in Rome. The atmosphere waiting for you is friendly and pleasant.
Moreover, all our guests are provided with both, front-door and apartment keys so that it would be possible to have total independence of going out and coming back, especially for those planning to return late.
The payment of the entire stay has to be made at the arrival, in cash. We don't accept credit card.
If you wish we can pick you up at the airport but you have to tell us before and we also have the possibility to organise cheap tours outside Rome, for example to Tivoli, Castel Gandolfo, Lago Bolsena, ect.
The check-in is only possible by appointment by telephone or email.

Como chegar
The cheapest way to achieve the apartment is with public transport.
From Ciampino Airport:
you should go to the Termini Railway Station and then take the line B of metro and get out at Pietralata station, in front of the station there is the bus stop and you should take the bus number 211 (Monte Cimone direction). You have to get out of the bus after 7 stops, at Eurospin Supermarket bus stop Massalongo ( if you are in difficulty, it is better to ask the driver, be careful not to take the bus which goes in the opposite direction).
From the Fiumicino Airport:
you should take the train for Tiburtina. In front of the station Tiburtina near Mc Donald’s, take the bus 211 and arrive directly to your apartment. The stop is called Massalongo, in front of it there is the supermarket Eurospin.( The ticket from Fiumicino is twice cheaper than from Termini).
From Tiburtina Railway Station:
you should take only the bus number 211, which arrives directly to our apartment ( Eurospin Supemercato bus stop).
PLEASE LET US KNOW US IN ADVANCE THE EXACT TIME OF YOUR ARRIVAL IN ROME AS CHECKING IS ONLY MADE BY APPOINTMENT -WE DON’ T HAVE RECEPTION.
