Welcome!!! B&B Smart is situated in the heart of Rome, 3 minutes walk from the main train station Termini and in front Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, a short walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps ... All your needs are handy due to our location surrounded by restaurants & supermarkets, shops, pubs, bars, pizzeria, banks, post office, internet points, bus and metro stops.
Inexpensive prices, friendly staff, warm atmosphere and good service, we hope you enjoy staying us .
Our b&b is composed by 3 spacious and clean rooms, in a friendly and quiet atmosphere . We offer a home away from home atmosphere with no curfew, free city maps, hairdryer, clean towers and linen, common room with tv and fridge, no lockout, no curfew, tourist infomation, arrangement of tours, cleaning daily with breakfast at fairly priced.
It is a pleasure to host you in our b&b and we guarantee doing our best to make your stay in Rome pleasant.

Como chegar
From Ciampino Airport:
You can take a direct Bus Shuttle (6 euro per person or return ticket 10 euro) and Terravision bus (8 euro per person or return tickets for 14 euro) from Ciampino Airport to Termini train station.
From Termini train station:
you will find exit Via Giolitti, trun left, first on the right is Via Gioberti, 3rd street on the right side you will find Via Farini, we are at number 52, 5th floor with lift. 3° if you need taxi from the airport to the B&B, the price is about 40-45 euro.
From the Airport Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci):
Every 30 minutes there are trains from the airport to Termini Station, the price is 11 euro per person, the tickets you can buy in the airport at the platform ticket office. This is no stop train, arrive is Termini train station, find exit Via Giolitti, turn left, first on the right is Via Gioberti, 3rd street on the right side you will find Via Farini, we are at number 52, 5th floor with lift. If you need taxi, the price is 45 euro from the airport to the B&B.
