Cinzia’s house offers really refined common places to its own guests, well-tended bedrooms unique of its kind.Cinzia’s House, an uforgettable holiday, it adapts easily to all different guests; it’s located in one of the most beautiful Rome’s quarter: Monteverde, only a five minute from Trastevere.
Our B&B is at the first floor, in an exclusive building , it’s composed by three rooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen and a livingroom, where you could spend a pleasant time for your breakfast.
For fun-loving, we’re near at the Movida’s hearth of Rome, that takes place between Testaccio, Trastevere and Via Ostiense; where you colud find many pubs, discos, restaurants . For the romantic people from Trastevere could reach Castel Sant’Angelo, where from the River Tevere leave the boats that show the most important monuments and you could have a fantastic dinner.
Near the B&B there’s the tram stop N.8, that in a few minutes link with Trastevere and in 15 minutes with Largo Argentina in center, near Campo dei Fiori and P.zza Navona.
We’re not far from the tourist’s attraction like: Circo Massimo, Terme di Caracalla, Bocca della Verità, Basilica S. Paolo, Fiera di Roma.

By Plane:
Take the train from Fiumicino Airport to Station Trastevere. From here take the tram N8 to Circonvallazione Gianicolese for 1 stop and then take Via Quirino Maiorana, turn left at the second street and you'll find Via G. Caselli n 11.
By Train:
From Termini Station take the bus H and stop just in the front of San Camillo Hospital, take the tram N8 to Circonvallazione Gianicolese for 1 stop and then take Via Quirino Maiorana, turn left at the second street and you'll find Via G. Caselli n 11.
By car:
From GRA take the exit n. 30 Roma Centro Magliana. Go straight on Via Oderisi da Gubbio. At first traffic light turn left to Via Quirino Maiorana; turn right at the first traffic light in Via G. Caselli 11and you'll find it.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
