Residenza Belli is situated in Trastevere, a tipical zone of Rome, away from the traffic and the smog of the city. Famous for the restaurants with roman kitchen. Just 15 min walking from S. Peter’s and Castel Sant’ Angelo. All rooms have air conditioning, private bathroom and colour TV.

From Termini Station:
Taxi: 15 min
Bus: 75 (35 min) until Viale Trastevere, turn on Via G Mameli, or bus H until hospital Nuovo Regina Margherita and turn to the right.
From Fiumicino Airport:
Metro: take the line A, get of at Termini stationand take bus 75 or H, or take the line A get of at S. Giovanni station and take the tram 3 until the hospital Nuovo Regina Margherita.
Taxi 40 min.

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
