Description
Sweet Dreams is an elegant and cosy Bed and Breakfast in the heart of the most prestigious and ancient roman borghetto from the late 7 th century, Borgo Pio, 50 mt away from the main entrance of St. Peter’s Basilica and few minutes walking from the Vatican’s Museums.
The appartement is in the third and last floor of an historical little building settled in the pedestrian street Borgo Pio, street where the Vatican’s doors open. Sweet Dreams offers three pleasant, quiet and charming rooms, very beautifully furnished and equipped with many comforts: private bathroom with shower box or whirpool bath, cable tv, air conditioning, heating, minifridge, secure box, hairdreyer, heat up towels, minibar, linen and towels. The living common room is large, lightful and attractively furnished. In this charming space you can have breakfast which includes coffee, milk, cappuccino, or hot chocolate, fresh juices, fresh fruits, bread, biscuits, chocolate cream and jam. The kitchen is very well furnished and at our guest disposal.
The structure has a 24 hours free internet point. Thanks to its strategical position Sweet Dreams allows you to reach in 5 minutes walk the most precious and artistic monuments of the world: (Castel Sant'Angelo, The Vatican’s Museums,Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, The Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi) and the main interesting and famous shopping street of the city (Via Cola di Rienzo, Via Ottaviano, Via Candia, Via Frattina, Via Condotti and Via Veneto, The Street of La Dolce Vita by Federico Fellini).

From Fiumicino Airport:
take the train service to Termini Station. There is a train every 30 minutes then, at the Termini Train Station take the underground Line A towards Battistini and get off at the Ottaviano - San Pietro stop. Otherwise take the bus number 40 and get off at the last stop.
From Ciampino Airport:
--take the bus Cotral - Schiaffini till Anagnina station and then take the underground Metro Line A towards Battistini and get off at the Ottaviano - San Pietro stop. Otherwise take the bus number 40 and get off at the last stop.
-Take the bus Terravision that arrives nearby Termini train station and then take the underground Metro Line A towards Battistini and get off at the Ottaviano - San Pietro stop. Otherwise take the bus number 40 and get off at the last stop.
From Tiburtina station:
take the underground Metro Line B towards Laurentina and get off at the Termini stop and then take the underground Metro Line A towards Battistini and get off at the Ottaviano San Pietro. Otherwise you can take the bus number 40 and get off at the last stop.
From Termini station:
take the underground Metro Line A towards Battistini and get off at the Ottaviano - San Pietro stop. Otherwise take the bus number 40 and get off at the last stop.
From Ottaviano – San Pietro stop:
take via Ottaviano till P.za Risorgimento. Cross the square and take via di Porta Angelica. The fourth street on your left is Borgo Pio. 10 meters on your right there is the entrance of Sweet Dreams.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
