Description

Apartment in the heart of Rome with two bedrooms (one double room and one four bedded room). Shared kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is equipped with sheets and towels. Everything you need for breakfast will be in the kitchen. 4th floor with lift.

At your arrival we will give you the keys and you can manage your time as you like. On site payment is possible only cash.
It is important you advice about your arrival time so that we can meet you, show you the apartment and give the keys.

Como chegar

From Railway Station Termini:
proceed to Via Giolitti and than right in Viale Manzoni till n. 101 (10 minutes walk) or bus n. 360 for six stops or underground line A till stop Manzoni.

From Fiumicino International Airport:
direct train to Termini Station (euro 12).

From Ciampino Airport: you can take the Terravision Shuttle till Termini station or Sit Shuttle till Via Marsala (left side of the railway station).

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.

b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.

Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
