In the cosy and central Apartment Casachica can sleep up to 3 people who want to enjoy the freedom and comfort of a private lodging in the historical area of the city in the centre of Rome. Located in a building from the Umbertine Era (XVIII century), this is well situated in the city near Rome’s famous historical buldings.
The apartment is located in one of the most known roman districts, famous for the very ancient church Santa Maria Maggiore, built in 431 a.c. in a virtual triangle between this beautiful church, Coliseum and Piazza Venezia.
Around this apartment, few steps there is central station Termini and it means that in 5 minutes you can arrive in all directions of the city, having the possibility to visit the most important monuments of Rome.
The apartment is Air Conditioned and has a double room with double bed, a living / dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is completely equipped with all you need to cook (refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker, etc.) and fresh bed linens are provided. You will also be provided with tourist information such as maps and depliants.

From Termini Station:
cross Via Giolitti and ask for Piazza Manfredo Fanti from there you see Via Filippo Turati on the left and we are at number 86.
From Fiumicino Airport:
just take the train to Termini Train Station and than reach by feet via Filippo Turati(see directions from Termini Station).
From Ciampino Airport:
take the shuttle bus to Termini Train Station and than reach by feet via Filippo Turati(see directions from Termini Station).

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
