Residence Tiburtina is a beautiful and confortable bed and breakfast situated in the heart of Rome and its a fantastic area where one can begin one's voyage to the historical, monumental and archeological sites of the Eternal City.
The B&B is 10 minutes from the Termini Station and 5 minut from the Tiburtina Station, its located in a very peaceful and silent neighborhood. A few blocks away from the B&B you will find a excellent shopping area.
The Metro B Line (Tiburtina Station) and many other transportation facilities you can comfortably frequent at any time day or night visit the piazze, the street for the shopping, restaraunts and the local sites typical of roman life.
Tiburtina Residence is a brand new budget guest house Residence Tiburtina takes pride in every little detail, and has worked hard to be sure that each room has personal touches that are difficult to find in many larger hotels. Each room has a private bathroom.

We are situated in a small private street named via di Santa Ciriaca n°13 close Via Tiburtina n°251.
From Fumicino Airport:
customer could avail train from Airport to go to Tiburtina Station. Ticket cost would be Euro: 6.5. From Tiburtina Station to our B&B is 8 minutes walking distance. You could also avail to go to B&B 492 and 71 bus and you will have to come down 3rd stop.
Termini Station:
guest also can come Termini, in that case check in point will be 20 B via Milazzo. From Termini to check in place is 5 minutes walking distance. We will make arrange to drop them Tiburtina Residence at our own cost.They will not bare any extra cost to go to Residence Tibirtina.
Tiburtina Railway Station:
guest could also go directly to Tiburtina Railway Station. From station to B&B it is 8 minutes walking distance. Guest could also avail bus n° 71 and 492 to go to Residence Tiburtina and they will have to come down 3rd stop.
From Champion Airport:
guest will come directly to Termini Station. In that case check in point will be 20 B Via Milazzo. From Termini to check in place is 5 minutes walking distance. We will make arrange to drop them Tiburtina Residence at our own cost. They will not bare any extra cost to go to Residence Tibirtina.
Tiburtina Station to Center of the City:
to go to center of the city guest could go by sub way Metro-B. It will take 5 to 7 minutes to go to center of the city like Termini, Colosseum.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
