Conveniently located at the city centre and managed by Signora Anna and Signor Giorgio, the Hotel Fenicia offers a welcoming and friendly milieu. The hotel has been recently completely renovated and offers budget accommodation at a very high standard. All the rooms have en-suite facilities and some rooms have a balcony. The Hotel Fenicia is conveniently located in the vicinity of Termini Railway Station, therefore you can easily reach all the most important shopping and cultural attractions. By Car: from A1 highway Florence-Rome take the G.R.A. direction Fiumicino Airport Civitavecchia, from there take exit n°6 (the 2nd) direction Flaminio, Stadium, Roma Centro, Termini Station.
From Fiumicino Airport: take the direct train to Termini Station.
From Termini Station: Just go out of the station and turn on the right to Via Milazzo, just few steps and you will see the Hotel Fenicia on the left side of the street.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
