AVAILABILITY:
Three rooms appartment (mq. 75) for 3/5 persons, composed of a living room with a double bed divan and an equipped kitchen, large master bedroom with a double bed, a second room with a single bed, and bathroom with shower. Some apartments have a private garden.
Two rooms appartment (mq. 55) for 2/4 persons, composed of a living room with a double bed divan and an equipped kitchen, large master bedroom with a double bed (upon request 2 twin beds), bathroom with shower. Some apartments have a private garden.
CHECK IN: 4 AM -- CHECK OUT: 11AM
At five hundred meters from the Santa Teresa Residence, on the background of a splendid patrician villa and of its age-old park, you can find the "Cà della Nave" Golf Club. Restaurants, changing rooms and other social and sport services can be found in the structures that surround the villa, while the pools and the tennis courts occupy an area immediately at the back of the park.

We are located In Martellago (Venice province) at the side of the state road "Strada Statale Castellana" at 9 Km from the railway station of Mestre, at 15 Km from the international airport Marco Polo of Venice, at 20 Km from the international airport of Treviso.
By train:
From the Mestre railway station by taking the bus n. 20 or 21 direction Martellago and getting off at the stop: Via Trento
By plane :
From the International Airport Marco Polo of Venice, by taking the bus line 15 and getting of at Mestre railway station (takes about 15 min.)
From the International Airport of Treviso, by taking the bus line. . . and getting of at Mestre railway station ( takes about 15 min.)
When arriving at railway station of Mestre take the bus which rides every half hour line 20 (as well as line 21 and E2 alternating) for Martellago, getting off at "Via Trento" stop.
Or by taxi, which will take you to the Residence (20 min. approx.)

All meeting on the "tangential" of Mestre: exit Via Castellana direction Castelfranco, after 8Km arrival at Martellago. Before arriving in the centre, after the sports facilities turn to the left in via Trento , another 250 meters turn to the left in via Cazzari.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
