Residenza Vivaldi has changed into ‘Residenza le quattro stagioni’’.Is born in a noble floor of a typical refined 18th century palace, a few steps away from one of the most charming places of the world: San Marco Square. The Residence is just a few minutes away from Rialto, from the Galleries of Accademia Di Belle Arti, from Peggy Guggenheim Museum, from the famous Theatre La Fenice and from Palazzo Grassi.
Close to our Residence there is one of the principal waterbus bridges, San Marco, Vallaresso(just in front of ‘Harry’s bar), that makes possible simple and fast connections with any other area of Venice, such as the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the beaches of Lido.

Breakfast is served in the bedroom, living-room or in the terrace.
A laptop with wireless internet connection can be used by the clients without any charge, privately in the own bedroom or in the common space of the Residence.
Spacious and bright rooms with Venetian floor and Murano glass chandeliers; in some of the rooms there is the possibility to add a third and a fourth bed and there are two bathrooms to share with bathtub or shower.
For all those who want to, is possible to reserve a PRIVATE BATHROOM. We invite the clients to request this necessity before reserving the room and to consult the prices.
'Residenza Le Quattro Stagioni’ offers to her clients extraordinary opportunities to discover all the magic of Venice, organising itineraries and personalised excursions.
There are a lot of options: thematic itineraries with stops and visits in distant places;
the small islands, the nature of the north lagoon, Pic-nic, night trips;
except the typical ‘’promenade’’ in the Gran Canal and else.
The prices go from 50 to 100 euro according to the duration of the trip.

FromVenice's Marco Polo Airport, there are several ways to reach the B&B:
Private water taxis can come directly alongside the B&B in Rio di S.Moise. The average fair is about 80/90 Euro, but we advise that you agree on the price before departure;
The Alilaguna motor boat (12 Euro per person) will take you to San Marco Vallaresso
The Venezia ATVO Venezia Air Terminal bus will bring you to Piazzale Roma in 20 minutes. To reach the B&B, take vaporetto no. 1 or no. 82 to the S.Marco Vallaresso stop.

REGRAS de CANCELAMENTO
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
