From the Main Train and Bus Station:

From the airport:
you can take the fast train and arrive at the Main Train Station or take a 192 bus and arrive at the Main Bus Station. If you want to have comfortable door-to-door transport e-mail us and we will organise a pick-up for you.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
